Grade 0 and Early Childhood Development

Invertebrates

Our youngest students enjoy a wide range of activities and materials to feed their developing minds. Starting at a young age these children learn to write and then read, and will be doing arithmetic aged 5.

First we show children how to use their senses. Then using their sense each child discovers how to learn more about the world and how it works. Here are some activities from the ECD class showing our youngest students in action learning:

  1. Working on the visual senses by grading colours
  2. Identifying land and water animals
  3. Cutting out and gluing!
  4. Learning the continents
